Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round that has already been committed (i.e., the stake has been deducted and the round has begun), 388game will settle the round based on the outcome generated by the server at the time of disconnection. The outcome of a completed round is final regardless of whether the player was connected to receive the result in real time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388game platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral depending on the nature of the violation:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
